對于池袋周邊的酒店來説，性價比還算是可以的，比周邊的酒店都要便宜.房間也不是很小，就是床對著門口有點怪怪的，可能有些年代了，所以一些設施比較陳舊，被罩也有一些污漬，價格擺在這，東京市三百以內的價格已經算很好了。房間還有微波爐，這個確實非常好。去池袋地鐵站1.2公里左右，附近六百米也有個地鐵站也有山手線，這個更方便.

交通便利、服務良好、備品ㄧ應俱全，大塚車站旁有百貨超市，前往飯店的途中也有二家社區型超市、全家超商，7-11則在飯店馬路對面。住了三晚沒聽到躁音，房間不會太小，2個30寸的行李箱可以同時打開，價格劃算、是中規中矩的商務型飯店。

Stayed for 9 nights. The bed was comfy for me especially the pillow which really support my neck. Some might find the bed firm but compared to the hard mattress found in China, I prefer this bed. Rubbish are to be thrown away ourselves at the parking area 1st floor - separate them based in burnable or unburnable. Garbage bags from lobby. Other toiletries can be taken same place. No cleaning done but can change towels and bed sheet from lobby. No issues as I kept the room neat and tidy and threw rubbish daily. The nearest metro is either Otsuka or Shin-Otsuka. I prefer Otsuka about 10 min walk but be aware it's a slight uphill walk but bearable. I like the quietness of the area, there's a very delicious udon place and another nice Beef restaurant next to the hotel. Do take the limousine bus from Narita or Haneeq and stop at Sunshine City hotel or bus stop. About 10 min walk away, very convenient.

It's in a quiet neighborhood that's about 700m to the Otsuka station. On the main street not hard to find. Amenities are self service, towels and garbage is self service also. Every day you can drop dirty towels and exchange for new ones. Garbage wise you have to take it to the collection room outside.

位置在大馬路非常容易找到行路到車站大約10分鐘亦非常方便，在街外有很多美食小店，酒店內職員非常親切友善，
